Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry moderate weight
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- commitment to guest privacy and discretion
- willingness to uphold company values of empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing

Job Duties
- Schedule spa treatments and resort activities
- register guests and process payments
- make product and treatment recommendations
- maintain a clean and fully stocked spa
- provide housekeeping support within the spa and pool area
- deliver food and beverage service as needed
- ensure guest privacy and discretion
