Job Duties
- greet and check in spa guests upon arrival
- answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- manage spa appointment bookings and scheduling
- promote spa products and services to guests
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- handle guest check-out and payment processing
- provide exceptional customer service and hospitality
