Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- One or more years of relevant experience in a resort or similar setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills including Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
- Ability to operate office equipment such as telephone, copier, and fax machine
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- One or more years of relevant experience in a resort or similar setting
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
- Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
- Ability to operate office equipment such as telephone, copier, and fax machine
- Perception and awareness of individual guest needs
- Ability to handle all situations calmly and professionally
Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations
- Assist management in staff scheduling based on guest needs and monitor daily and monthly staff performance
- Meet with management weekly to assist in conducting pre-shifts, meetings, and communicate valuable information
- Provide services including assisting all guests with spa and salon appointments
- Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products
