Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • One or more years of relevant experience in a resort or similar setting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills including Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as telephone, copier, and fax machine
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • One or more years of relevant experience in a resort or similar setting
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
  • Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as telephone, copier, and fax machine
  • Perception and awareness of individual guest needs
  • Ability to handle all situations calmly and professionally

Job Duties

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations
  • Assist management in staff scheduling based on guest needs and monitor daily and monthly staff performance
  • Meet with management weekly to assist in conducting pre-shifts, meetings, and communicate valuable information
  • Provide services including assisting all guests with spa and salon appointments
  • Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products
