Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior relevant experience in guest service or call center is preferred
- Prior experience in spa or salon setting is a plus

Job Duties
- Offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
- Follow all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
- Assist guests with spa and salon appointments, check guests in and out of the facility
- Provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to spa and salon clients
- Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions
- Manage cash bank daily
- Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
