Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to operate ResortSuite software system
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and etiquette
- Ability to work part-time with flexible scheduling including weekdays and weekends
- Must be able to handle guest feedback and resolve conflicts under supervision
Job Qualifications

- Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Proficiency with ResortSuite software or similar booking systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of spa treatments and amenities is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Team player with a service-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service and maintain cleanliness standards at a luxury level
- Use ResortSuite software to process transactions and book or edit spa treatments accurately
- Ensure accuracy of all reservations with knowledge of spa treatments, policies, amenities, and hotel options
- Support spa retail sales and collaborate with technicians to enhance guest treatment experiences
- Provide seamless and accurate check out, ensuring appropriate application of commissions, discounts, and package billing
- Receive guest feedback and complaints and resolve issues with supervision
- Enforce spa policies regarding service requirements, age restrictions, and guest behavior with support
- Support cleanliness and maintenance of spa amenities, facilities, and equipment
