Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in spa or hospitality customer service roles
- Experience with spa software and booking systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures

- Previous experience in spa or hospitality front desk management
- Proficiency with Property Management Systems
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage cash handling and reconciliation tasks
- Knowledge of spa treatments and amenities
- Conflict resolution and guest service expertise
Job Duties
- Provide feedback and retrain staff as needed to ensure Forbes 5-Star standards
- Hold staff accountable for all policies, procedures and SOPs
- Act as Property Management System super-user to process transactions and manage spa bookings
- Complete weekly City Ledger reconciliation
- Maintain neatness, cleanliness and professionalism at all times
- Supervise team members including scheduling, training, performance reviews, hiring assistance and disciplinary actions
- Manage cash handling policies including safe changes and cash recycler compliance
- Communicate knowledge of spa treatments, policies, amenities, food and beverage, and resort options to guests
- Resolve guest feedback and complaints independently
- Enforce spa policies to maintain a relaxing atmosphere
- Conduct 20-minute facility walkthroughs to maintain safety and cleanliness standards
