Job Requirements

  • availability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • proficiency in computer applications including email and word processing
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • dependable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with office software such as word processing and email
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • knowledge of spa or hospitality industry is an advantage

Job Duties

  • Greet and register guests entering the spa, salon, health club, or fitness center
  • provide administrative and clerical support to Spa managers including word processing, typing, emailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, and corresponding
  • answer telephones and manage incoming calls professionally
  • process mail and handle general office duties
  • take notes and/or dictation as required
  • make travel arrangements for management
  • support the team with scheduling and coordination tasks
