Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant computer applications
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of spa or hospitality industry best practices a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and register guests entering the spa, salon, health club, fitness center
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to Spa managers including word processing, typing, emailing, filing, data entry, faxing, copying, and corresponding
  • Answer telephones and process mail
  • Take notes and/or dictation as required
  • Make travel arrangements and perform general office duties
  • Ensure smooth daily operation of the spa reception area
  • Assist in maintaining an organized and welcoming environment
