Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Familiarity with spa or hospitality industry a plus

Job Duties

  • Greets and registers guests entering the spa, salon, health club, or fitness center
  • Provides Spa managers with administrative and clerical support including word processing, typing, emailing, filing, data entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation
  • Makes travel arrangements for Spa managers
  • Performs other general office duties
  • Maintains a friendly and professional reception area
  • Facilitates communication between guests and spa management
  • Ensures smooth daily operations at the spa reception desk
