Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
- basic computer skills including familiarity with booking and payment software
- excellent communication and organizational abilities
- ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed

Job Duties
- Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional demeanor
- answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about spa services, prices, and availability
- check in clients for appointments ensuring their needs are understood
- offer beverages or small amenities to clients as they wait
- schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for spa services
- maintain and manage the spa’s appointment calendar
- process client payments for services including cash, credit cards, and gift certificates
- provide receipts and aftercare instructions
- assist clients with retail product purchases
- maintain accurate client records including service preferences and allergies
- uphold client confidentiality
- keep track of inventory levels and notify management when restocking is needed
- communicate client needs to spa therapists and service providers
- coordinate with staff to ensure treatments run on schedule
- relay special requests or concerns to appropriate staff
- address client complaints or special requests professionally
- resolve issues promptly or escalate to management
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- display and update promotional materials
- manage spa inventory of office supplies
- inform clients about promotions, discounts, and membership options
- encourage enrollment in membership programs and loyalty rewards
- assist with marketing and booking efforts by promoting additional services or products
- assist management with administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- prepare daily reports for management review
