Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- or one year's previous experience and/or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, memos, safety rules and procedure manuals
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to speak clearly
- ability to perform basic arithmetic including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing
- ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
- ability to obtain appropriate work authorization per gaming regulations
- ability to work in a drug-free environment and pass chemical dependency test
- ability to carry out safety and emergency procedures
- regular attendance
- ability to work varying schedules as needed
- compliance with Bally's Casino Shreveport policies and procedures for safe and efficient operation

Job Duties
- Demonstrates a winning personality with refinement and character

- greets guests with a smile and demonstrates high standards of professional conduct and image
- creates a positive guest experience by being friendly and helpful
- accurately uses proper telephone techniques and etiquette
- provides guest with information about hotel, casino and restaurant hours, events and promotions
- informs therapists that guests have arrived
- relates effectively in one-on-one situations with guests and staff
- reviews client schedules and answers guests' questions about services
- keeps all intake forms confidential
- fully knowledgeable about all Bally's Casino Shreveport programs, promotions, activities and functions
- answers patrons' complaints and resolves problems
- carries out safety and emergency procedures including fire, crowd control, inclement weather and bomb threats
- communicates with guests and directs or escorts them to facilities and functions
- interacts courteously and discreetly with guests and hotel personnel
- sells retail products to clients and fills retail prescriptions
- maintains cleanliness and organization of front desk and spa
- accounts for payment intake for service and sales of future services including gift certificates
- supports Bally's Shreveport courtesy guidelines among guests and employees
- promotes outstanding guest relations
- performs other duties as assigned
