- One plus years experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

Job Duties
- Maintain exceptional proficiency in Spa Receptionist responsibilities including answering phones, booking appointments, confirmation calls, guest arrival and departure, point of sale, and completion of all shift reports
- Provide information and assistance to hotel/spa guests as requested, conduct facility orientations, and share knowledge of services, products, and hours of operation
- Assist with locker room cleanliness and fitness room cleanliness during high business levels or absence of Spa/Gym Attendant
- Generate Birchstreet requisitions for departmental supplies, fruit, and the completion of bed and linen sales
- Respond to all guest interactions with efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism
