Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year experience in a spa or related hospitality field preferred
- 1-year retail experience preferred
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize
- attention to detail in appointment bookings and payments
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner
Job Duties
- Assist spa staff in providing a unique and outstanding spa experience for members and guests
- schedule all spa related appointments
- check guests in and out
- assist in all point-of-sale transactions
- maintain inventory of supplies
- answer telephones and respond to guest inquiries
- monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the spa facilities
- ensure proper opening and closing of the spa
- provide spa tours as necessary
