Job Duties
- Spa reservations
- Guest check in and point of sale operations
- Assist in the coordination of all spa departments to ensure a seamless guest spa experience
- Be knowledgeable in all aspects of Club Topnotch Memberships and what they entail
- Assist in retail sales
- Assist in maintaining the juice bar, lounge and pool areas
- Liaise with all resort departments to ensure a heightened guest experience and maintain physical standards of the spa facility
