Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or club setting
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • basic computer proficiency preferred

  • a fitness/Spa background is preferred
  • basic computer proficiency is preferred
  • excellent communication and strong customer service skills
  • at least 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality/club setting
  • must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks
  • availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Ensure members feel welcome when they arrive for their appointments
  • be attentive and promptly respond to member's needs
  • explain all fitness products, services, and treatments to members and assist them in determining their individual needs
  • stay informed of daily functions throughout the club
  • assist with the overall operations of the facility
  • tactfully enforce rules and regulations
  • confirm appointments daily
  • be familiar with and execute all opening and closing procedures
  • ring up member services
  • provide administrative assistance to other staff and contractors when needed
  • complete other appropriate duties assigned by the Spa & Fitness Manager
