Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality/club setting
- Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A fitness/spa background is preferred
- Basic computer proficiency is preferred
- Excellent communication and strong customer service skills
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality/club setting
- Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Ensure members feel welcome when they arrive for their appointments
- Be attentive and promptly respond to member’s needs
- Explain all fitness products, services, and treatments to members and assist them in determining their individual needs
- Stay informed of daily functions throughout the club
- Assist with the overall operations of the facility
- Tactfully enforce rules and regulations
- Confirm appointments daily
- Be familiar with and execute all opening and closing procedures
- Ring up member services
- Provide administrative assistance to other staff and contractors when needed
- Complete other appropriate duties assigned by the Spa & Fitness Manager
