Job Duties
- Manage spa reservations
- process guest check-in and POS transactions
- coordinate spa departments to ensure a seamless guest spa experience
- provide detailed information on Club Topnotch memberships and spa amenities
- assist in retail sales
- maintain the juice bar, lounge, and pool areas
- liaise with resort departments to uphold high physical standards of the spa facility
