Job Duties

  • Manage spa reservations
  • process guest check-in and POS transactions
  • coordinate spa departments to ensure a seamless guest spa experience
  • provide detailed information on Club Topnotch memberships and spa amenities
  • assist in retail sales
  • maintain the juice bar, lounge, and pool areas
  • liaise with resort departments to uphold high physical standards of the spa facility
