Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality/club setting
- a fitness/spa background is preferred
- basic computer proficiency is preferred
- excellent communication and strong customer service skills
- must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks
- availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Ensure members feel welcome when they arrive for their appointments
- be attentive and promptly respond to members needs
- explain all fitness products, services, and treatments to members and assist them in determining their individual needs
- stay informed of daily functions throughout the club
- assist with the overall operations of the facility
- tactfully enforce rules and regulations
- confirm appointments daily
- be familiar with and execute all opening and closing procedures
- ring up member services
- provide administrative assistance to other staff and contractors when needed
- complete other appropriate duties assigned by the Spa and Fitness Manager
