Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work full weekends
- Successful completion of a background check
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain guest confidentiality and spa standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in spas, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with booking systems or POS software is a plus
- Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Professional and warm demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through their spa experience
- Manage reservations, schedules, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and ease
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally, providing helpful information
- Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Recommend spa treatments and retail products based on guest needs
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and retail area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with inventory and notify management of low stock
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure a calm, respectful atmosphere
- Maintain a steady supply of clean robes and towels
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of locker rooms throughout the shift
- Other duties as assigned
