Job Duties
- Responsible for opening the spa each morning
- Responsible for ensuring treatment rooms are in order for the day's appointments
- Responsible for ensuring the lobby is prepared for customers
- Responsible for processing linens and towels
- Tea and beverage preparation for clients
- Answer incoming calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with therapists
- Greet clients, sell retail and gift certificates
- Take payment including cash, credit cards, package vouchers, room charges
