Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Responsible for opening the spa each morning
  • Responsible for ensuring treatment rooms are in order for the day's appointments
  • Responsible for ensuring the lobby is prepared for customers
  • Responsible for processing linens and towels
  • Tea and beverage preparation for clients
  • Answer incoming calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with therapists
  • Greet clients, sell retail and gift certificates
  • Take payment including cash, credit cards, package vouchers, room charges
