Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or spa industry is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work Thursdays from 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Ability to arrive 15 minutes prior to shift start
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or spa environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to describe and sell spa services and products effectively
  • Knowledge of spa and club activities
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organize work area
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to follow established service protocols
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting guests needs for spa services
  • Promote a warm and relaxed feeling for members and guests
  • Interact appropriately with guests and residents through conversation or quiet presence
  • Address guests by their name during each encounter
  • Follow established protocols to deliver consistent excellent service
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of shift
  • Describe and sell services and products offered at Victory Spa knowledgeably
  • Educate guests on spa and club activities
  • Perform opening and closing responsibilities as assigned
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the spa
  • Communicate effectively with service providers
  • Review bookings and guest notes for errors, double bookings, allergies, and special requests
  • Assist guests with rescheduling, canceling, or making new bookings
  • Help with laundry for operators
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Spa Manager
