Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid California driver's license
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Basic computer knowledge helpful
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Spa Soft system with training provided
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proven customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Professional personal appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Must be professional, service oriented, accurate and attentive to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid California driver's license

Job Duties
- Oversee front office, reservations, group sales and public area operations
- Develop and motivate staff to meet and exceed service standards
- Create and maintain a professional, safe, nurturing and healing spa environment
- Participate in training for safety, guest service, and team building
- Address and resolve staff and guest concerns appropriately
- Assure a clean, sanitary, and crisp spa
- Work closely with spa reservations, front desk, group sales, and attendant staff to ensure training and support
- Maintain availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Attend meetings as directed by management
- Comply with company safety and health policies
- Perform receptionist and reservation agent duties regularly
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of treatments and products
- Keep management informed of guest, staff, and program issues
- Stay current on departmental information
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
