Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask

Provide general support to spa staff and assist with daily operations
Promote and sell spa products and services to guests
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
