Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in hospitality or spa
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills including experience with booking and scheduling software
  • Sales experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet spa guests warmly and assist with their needs
  • Schedule and confirm spa appointments accurately
  • Process payments and handle cash or electronic transactions
  • Provide general administrative support to the spa team
  • Promote and sell spa products and services to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
