Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle phone systems
  • Experience in a spa or wellness environment is a plus

Job Duties

  • Answer and return phone calls and make reminder calls
  • Schedule appointments
  • Greet members and answer questions
  • Sell products
  • Assist Spa employees with room set-up and restocking of linen, towels, and supplies
  • Provide members with information regarding Spa services and products
  • Order supplies and track the inventory of Dermalogica products
  • Keep monthly participation figures and revenue sheets
  • Assist in the training of new employees and interns, as needed
  • Attend staff meetings
  • Assist with billing and misc. tasks assigned
