Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
  • ability to work the required shifts on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • strong attention to detail
  • basic computer skills
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Welcome with warmth by greeting members by name with a smile, maintain a pristine space by keeping the spa front desk and tanning areas spotless and organized, professional communication by answering incoming calls and directing them with care, appointment management by coordinating bookings with spa staff, handle transactions by processing payments accurately and maintaining a balanced cash drawer, client connection through making reminder and confirmation calls, educate clients on Recovery Lounge services and guide product selection, respond and support by addressing member questions and providing assistance to other departments
