Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival guiding them through a seamless check-in experience that sets the tone for their spa journey
  • Confirm guest information with care and precision thoughtfully communicating special requests or personalized accommodations to the appropriate teams
  • Deliver exceptional anticipatory service by addressing inquiries concerns and wishes with grace and professionalism cultivating an atmosphere of serenity and genuine hospitality
  • Process payments and verify billing details with accuracy and discretion managing financial transactions including cash handling with the utmost integrity and coordination with accounting
  • Serve as the central hub of communication elegantly relaying messages between guests and resort departments while maintaining meticulous records of all interactions and requests
