Trilogy at Vistancia is a premier active adult community located in Peoria, Arizona, roughly 40 minutes west of Scottsdale and northwest of downtown Phoenix. This well-established community is known for its luxurious lifestyle amenities, including three distinct club experiences: the Golf Club, the Kiva Club, and the Mita Club. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one year related receptionist, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
- knowledge of fitness, aquatics, salon, and spa standards a plus
- computer literate
- ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- must be able to calculate discounts, and percentages
- ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors about job tasks and responsibilities
- desire to contribute to a productive work environment by maintaining a positive attitude with coworkers and the public
- must be self-motivated, follow direction, and able to work independently with little supervision
- must demonstrate initiative, with an ability to think, work, solve practical problems, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment
- must have good time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
- must be able to consistently achieve high work standards
- attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness is expected
- must be able to pay attention to multiple details and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected
- this position requires a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome members and guests in an energetic and friendly fashion, according to Trilogy protocol, via phone or onsite
- respond to requests and direct calls to staff members and relay messages
- schedule spa reservations
- maintain daily standard operating procedures for the opening
- be aware of the daily Club calendar and become knowledgeable about facility services and programs to encourage members and guests to dine in the restaurants and participate in other spa, salon, and fitness services
- sell retail products
- handle cash and card transactions, ensure charges are accurate, and return correct change to guests
- report maintenance and safety issues to the Spa & Fitness Manager or maintenance staff
- assist with administrative projects, as requested
- other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
