Job Duties
- Supports the company culture expectation on delivering 4 diamond service
- Greet each guest after check-in and provides them with a personal escort
- Answers guest questions and provides them with a genuine and helpful tour of the facility
- Monitors guests and facilities to maximize each guest experience
- Maintains awareness knowledge of new products, services, packages, treatments, procedures and amenities
- Maintains daily locker, vessel and facility logs
- Reports any facility issues that require immediate attention to management
- Stocks and cleans all areas of the Spa throughout shift
- Assist cleaning Spa areas that require immediate attention discreetly as to not disrupt the guest experience
- Adherence to all departmental and company policies, including but not limited to the attendance and appearance policy and the code of conduct
