Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid massage therapy license or certification
- minimum of 200 hours massage therapy education preferred
- minimum 2 years professional massage therapy experience preferred
- ability to communicate in English
- professional appearance and manner
- team player with ability to assist coworkers
- reliable and punctual
- adherence to safety and security policies
- willingness to undergo background checks if required
Job Qualifications

- minimum of 200 hours massage education preferred
- at least 2 years professional massage therapy experience preferred

Job Duties
- Call in to confirm all scheduled appointments
- arrive at least 15 minutes prior to first appointment
- greet guests with a smile and maintain eye contact
- ensure guests understand the service and are comfortable before beginning treatment
- provide quality, safe, and ethical massage therapies
- check guest comfort regularly during service including pressure, temperature, lighting, and music
- interact with guests and team members in a friendly and service-oriented manner
- offer each guest water at the end of their service
- clean and prepare treatment rooms for the next guest
- complete assigned side work including linen separation and sanitizing treatment areas
- adjust table height for ergonomic standards
- participate in required training and staff meetings
- check in with Spa Concierge or Front Desk upon arrival and departure
- comply with National Board of Massage Certification regulations
- perform guest contact services and support spa marketing efforts as required
