Job Duties
- Greet every guest and associate with a smile, handle requests with friendly efficiency, manage day-to-day spa functions, support retail initiatives, keep spa organized and safe, foster morale and motivate associates, hold one-on-one meetings, strategically staff and schedule, recruit and plan budgets, ensure compliance with safety and company policies, attend meetings and committees, travel for conferences as needed
