Job Requirements
- Must be able to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- At least 2 years of experience in a spa supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of spa treatment protocols and equipment

Job Duties
- Operate a smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, and inventory control
- Manage Spa/Salon/Fitness Centers/Retail Sales staff to ensure they adhere to and enforce company policies, while being alert to their duties and responsibilities
- Respond to guest service interactions in a professional and timely manner
- Create and adjust staff schedules and floor operation, in conjunction with Workforce Management and Collective Bargaining Agreements (where applicable)
- Responsible for department staffing to include interviewing and selecting internal and external candidates, training, coaching/counseling and termination decisions, and/or making changes to an employee’s schedule or status
- Instruct new hires and employees on expectations and responsibilities for each role
