Job Requirements

  • high school diploma
  • two years of leadership experience
  • technical proficiency with common computer programs and spa management systems
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to manage payroll and scheduling
  • experience in spa operations management
  • ability to resolve operational challenges effectively

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma
  • bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
  • minimum two years of spa experience or equivalent
  • at least two years of leadership experience
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • customer service expertise
  • proficiency with common computer programs and spa management systems

Job Duties

  • oversee the daily operations of the spa to ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience
  • support and mentor the guest-facing spa concierge team
  • ensure each guest interaction is seamless, personalized, and aligned with our luxury standards
  • manage daily and weekly payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness
  • lead daily team line-ups and maintain open communication with spa providers
  • address service recovery needs and resolve operational challenges as they arise
  • assist with staff scheduling, inventory control, training initiatives, and performance management
