Job Requirements

- two years of leadership experience
- technical proficiency with common computer programs and spa management systems
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to manage payroll and scheduling
- experience in spa operations management
- ability to resolve operational challenges effectively
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma
- bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- minimum two years of spa experience or equivalent
- at least two years of leadership experience
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- customer service expertise
- proficiency with common computer programs and spa management systems
Job Duties
- oversee the daily operations of the spa to ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience
- support and mentor the guest-facing spa concierge team
- ensure each guest interaction is seamless, personalized, and aligned with our luxury standards
- manage daily and weekly payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness
- lead daily team line-ups and maintain open communication with spa providers
- address service recovery needs and resolve operational challenges as they arise
- assist with staff scheduling, inventory control, training initiatives, and performance management
