Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of management and sales experience preferably in luxury hotel or spa environment
- ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong entrepreneurial spirit
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- computer proficiency
- ability to oversee multiple operational tasks simultaneously

- Retail or sales experience

- high level of enthusiasm
- demonstrated ability to balance coaching and mentoring with discipline
- strong organizational and planning skills
- knowledge of spa services and product lines
- experience with booking systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa
- promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and facials
- handle administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
- balance coaching and mentoring with discipline to maintain team performance
- manage sales and retail activities
- ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- coordinate with the team to meet business goals
