Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in spa or hospitality industry preferred
- Availability to work part-time, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work shifts typically between 8 am and 7 pm
- Strong customer service orientation
- CPR certification preferred
- Food Handler Card preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and highly motivated
Job Qualifications
- Prior spa or hospitality experience in an upscale environment
- At least one year customer service experience in spa or guest facing role
- Experience working in luxury hotels or resorts
- CPR certified preferred
- Food Handler Card preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think and respond quickly to guest needs
- Capability to multitask effectively
- Highly motivated and detail oriented
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and professional skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing conditions
Job Duties
- Provide courteous and efficient guest service from point of arrival through check out
- Greet guests and orientate them through the spa facility
- Maintain the quality of service and appearance of locker areas, lounge area, and restrooms
- Ensure cleanliness of locker room, lounge, steam room, prep room, and restrooms
- Stock water, beverages, and set up and break down beverage and fruit stations
- Stock lockers with robes and slippers
- Manage laundry of towels, linens, robes, and distribute locker keys and sandals according to spa policies
