Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year spa operations experience preferred
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly in oral and written form
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Must maintain appropriate Alcohol Awareness certification
- Able to use spa systems proficiently
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in spa operations is preferred
- Proven organizational skills
- Exceptional guest service and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of spa systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills to effectively deal with guests and team members at all levels
- Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
- Answer questions and offer assistance to provide guest satisfaction
- Relay accurate information to guests
- Ensure that all guests are on time for their treatments by communicating where to wait and by locating them throughout the spa prior to their service
- Follow through on guest requests and needs completing all necessary communications
- Assist treatment staff with spa treatment preparation and clean up as needed
- Monitor guests’ safety and comfort while using the spa and pool facilities
- Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position
