Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in spa or hospitality
- Proficiency with computer software for scheduling and POS
- Ability to handle money accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, with preference given to those with experience in the spa or hospitality industry
- Must be computer literate to a level sufficient enough to conduct the tasks required
- Ability to use spreadsheets and knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Issue spa lockers, robes and slippers to guests and escort guests to the relaxation room
- Provide orientation, tour, explaining spa amenities offered and answering guests’ questions
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker/facility area
- Stock locker room supplies and amenities and maintain accurate supply lists and inventory sheets
- Review spa appointments regularly
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotion and/or discounts available
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain timely responses to guest inquiries
