Job Duties
- Greet and assist spa guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage relaxation areas ensuring cleanliness and comfort
- Operate the tea bar and provide guests with beverage service
- Handle retail sales and inventory management
- Perform spa front desk operations including booking and check-in
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with maintaining a welcoming and serene spa environment
