Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service in all spa areas including relaxation zones, tea bar, retail, and front desk
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs at the spa front desk efficiently
- Assist guests with inquiries, appointments, and product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest service areas
- Manage transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and services
- Collaborate with spa staff and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Promote spa services and retail products actively to guests
