Job Duties
- Manage guest service operations in relaxation areas
- Operate and oversee the tea bar
- Handle retail transactions and inventory
- Staff the Spa front desk providing check-in and check-out services
- Greet and assist guests with inquiries and service requests
- Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of spa areas
- Collaborate with spa and lodge team members to enhance guest experience
