Job Requirements

  • Prior supervisory experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality or business management college degree preferred
  • One to two years previous experience in a supervisory level position within a luxury spa preferred
  • Good command of the English language
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Plan, organize, control, and direct the schedule for the Spa Receptionist/Attendant employees
  • Arrange spa appointments while greeting and accommodating guests
  • Greet, accommodate, and facilitate guest arrival and departure in the spa
  • Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the established Four Seasons service and core standards are met
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels through ordering
  • Manage groups and VIP guests properly through introductions, tours, and billing
  • Complete glitch guest resolution and follow up in a timely manner
