  • must be available to work evenings

  • book4time management system knowledge is preferred
  • must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
  • ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
  • must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills
  • must possess basic math and money-handling skills

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • provide tours of the spa facilities showcasing amenities and services
  • check-in guests efficiently and accurately verifying appointments and preferences
  • maintain knowledge of spa services pricing and availability
  • handle cash and credit card transactions ensuring proper recording
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk area and spa boutique
  • assist with administrative tasks including phone calls emails and guest inquiries
  • provide excellent customer service exceeding guest expectations
  • assist guests in spa boutique by answering questions recommending items and restocking
  • build strong relationships with guests fostering personalized experiences
  • assist with the check-out process ensuring accurate billing and payment processing
