Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests
- Handle incoming calls for appointments
- Schedule appointments accurately for therapists
- Describe and upsell spa services
- Escort guests to their lockers
- Provide tours of the spa
- Replenish spa amenities
- Perform laundry and light housekeeping
- Promote spa, salon, and fitness center services to guests
- Accommodate guest and member requests
- Answer inquiries
- Actively sell spa/salon services, retail products, and memberships
- Assist colleagues as needed
- Build and maintain positive relationships with associates and guests
