Job Qualifications
- Oral proficiency in English language
- Experience in guest service or similar experience
- Positive demeanor
- Commitment to spa needs, colleagues, and guests
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information
- Fluency in a second language preferably Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian is desirable
Job Duties
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of spa facilities including locker rooms, relaxation areas, and spa pool terrace
- Monitor all spa areas for safety and guest satisfaction
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to guests and visitors
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Pool, Grounds, Food and Beverage, Rooms, Laundry, Housekeeping, and Engineering
- Stand and walk for extended periods including stair climbing
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed
- Work efficiently under varied temperature and noise conditions
