Job Duties
- ensure the maintenance of the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all spa areas
- monitor spa facilities and report any maintenance or safety issues
- offer assistance to guests and visitors to enhance their spa experience
- observe all activities within assigned areas to maintain security and order
- communicate effectively with spa management and other departments
- adhere to safety protocols and work in a safe and organized manner
- maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data
