Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • ensure the maintenance of the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all spa areas
  • monitor spa facilities and report any maintenance or safety issues
  • offer assistance to guests and visitors to enhance their spa experience
  • observe all activities within assigned areas to maintain security and order
  • communicate effectively with spa management and other departments
  • adhere to safety protocols and work in a safe and organized manner
  • maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data
