Job Requirements
- Must be licensed esthetician
- three plus years of relevant experience in luxury spa or medical aesthetics
- ability to perform microcurrent, ultrasonic treatments, and lymphatic drainage
- comfort with indoor lighting and outdoor weather conditions
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with spa booking software
- ability to maintain calm atmosphere under pressure
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
- meticulous grooming and adherence to uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- Three plus years of previous experience in a luxury spa, medical aesthetics, or hotel preferred
- expertise in microcurrent, ultrasonic, and lymphatic drainage techniques
- familiarity with result-driven brands
- excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- proficient in spa booking and spa management software
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a serene atmosphere
- flexible to work in different shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Perform advanced facials, peels, and non-invasive treatments using premium product lines
- masterfully customize protocols for diverse skin types/concerns such as anti-aging, sensitivity, hyperpigmentation
- incorporate luxury enhancements for elevated experiences
- maintain meticulous treatment room ambiance with aromatherapy, heated linens, and sound therapy
- develop personalized home-care regimens with retail product recommendations
- build lasting client relationships through attentive service and follow-up communication
- manage personal booking calendar and client records in spa software
