Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management or related major
  • 4 years experience in spa, guest services, front desk, sales and marketing or related area
  • or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management or related major
  • 2 years experience in spa, guest services, front desk, sales and marketing or related area
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reports

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field with 4 years relevant experience
  • or 4-year bachelor’s degree with 2 years relevant experience
  • Proven experience in spa management or related guest services roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of spa operations, sales, marketing, and budget management
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Skilled in vendor relations and inventory control
  • Ability to analyze data and implement improvement plans

Job Duties

  • Manage all areas of the spa including programs, services, hours of operation, facilities and staff
  • Coordinate delivery of spa services such as salon, skin care, fitness, wellness, massage, reservations and reception
  • Lead and supervise management and hourly employees to ensure smooth spa operations
  • Develop and execute spa sales and marketing strategies including promotions, group services and advertising
  • Oversee vendor selection, contract agreements, product research, purchasing and inventory control
  • Manage spa budgets, payroll, controllable expenses and financial performance
  • Provide leadership in customer service, empower employees, and continuously improve service quality
  • Conduct human resources activities including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and employee engagement
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement corrective actions to improve satisfaction
  • Foster open communication, teamwork, and recognition among spa staff
