Job Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in spa, guest services, front desk, sales, or marketing
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities
  • Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field with 4 years relevant experience
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field with 2 years relevant experience
  • Proven experience in spa management or related guest services roles
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Expertise in budget management and sales strategy development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive guest-focused environment

Job Duties

  • Manage and supervise all spa operations including programs, services, hours, facilities, and staff
  • Coordinate the delivery of spa services including salon, skincare, fitness, wellness, massage, reservations, reception, and locker room areas
  • Oversee spa sales and marketing strategies including promotions, group services, and advertising integration
  • Manage spa operations budgets including payroll, purchasing, vendor contracts, and supply inventories
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and guest hospitality standards are met and empowered among staff
  • Conduct human resource activities including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and employee satisfaction initiatives
  • Review guest feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions
