Job Requirements
- Degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in spa, guest services, front desk, sales, or marketing
- Strong leadership and management capabilities
- Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field with 4 years relevant experience
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field with 2 years relevant experience
- Proven experience in spa management or related guest services roles
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expertise in budget management and sales strategy development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to create and maintain a positive guest-focused environment
Job Duties
- Manage and supervise all spa operations including programs, services, hours, facilities, and staff
- Coordinate the delivery of spa services including salon, skincare, fitness, wellness, massage, reservations, reception, and locker room areas
- Oversee spa sales and marketing strategies including promotions, group services, and advertising integration
- Manage spa operations budgets including payroll, purchasing, vendor contracts, and supply inventories
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest hospitality standards are met and empowered among staff
- Conduct human resource activities including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and employee satisfaction initiatives
- Review guest feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions
