Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a luxury spa, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Proficient in using appointment scheduling software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Professional and polished appearance

Job Qualifications

  • Proactive with excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Luxury spa or retail experience preferred
  • Luxury hotel experience helpful
  • Computer savvy with previous knowledge of spa booking software preferred
  • Must be able to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Friendly, polished and positive personality

Job Duties

  • Greeting clients upon entrance and exit of the spa and seeing to their individual needs
  • Booking appointments via telephone and in-person on Book4Time scheduling system
  • Keeping retail and spa areas organized and presentable
  • Confirming appointments on a daily basis via telephone and email
  • Assisting with regularly scheduled inventory count
  • Maintaining knowledge of spa services, products, and technicians
  • Collecting, assessing, and organizing client database
