Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a luxury spa, retail, or hospitality environment
- Proficient in using appointment scheduling software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Professional and polished appearance
Job Qualifications
- Proactive with excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Luxury spa or retail experience preferred
- Luxury hotel experience helpful
- Computer savvy with previous knowledge of spa booking software preferred
- Must be able to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Friendly, polished and positive personality
Job Duties
- Greeting clients upon entrance and exit of the spa and seeing to their individual needs
- Booking appointments via telephone and in-person on Book4Time scheduling system
- Keeping retail and spa areas organized and presentable
- Confirming appointments on a daily basis via telephone and email
- Assisting with regularly scheduled inventory count
- Maintaining knowledge of spa services, products, and technicians
- Collecting, assessing, and organizing client database
