Job Requirements

  • At least one year of retail or administrative experience in a guest service-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Availability for shifts Tuesday through Monday with flexibility
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of retail or administrative experience in a guest service-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties
  • Familiarity with basic office software
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet and register guests entering the spa and related facilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support including word processing, typing, emailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, and corresponding
  • Answer telephones and process mail
  • Take notes and dictation
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Perform general office duties
  • Assist with cleaning and upkeep of the locker room
